Zumba dance fitness program,uses Latin and International music to move you. Classes include cardio, dance such as Salsa, Cumbia, and Merengue, burst training and interval training. One hour classes are fun filled with great music and lots of moves. Feel the music, burn the calories. Whether you are new to exercise, an active senior, or a regular at working out, classes let you work at your own pace. Licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold Zumba Gold Toning, Zumba Step, Zumba kids, Zumba Kids Jrs. 
Gold class for active seniors, beginners and those needing modified movement are currently running in Port Perry and Blackstock. Check for a class near you, not all classes are running at all times.

Choose from a beautiful variety of hand knitted items to indulge yourself, or as unique gifts for family and friends. Slipper socks, home socks, scarves, hats, mittens, ponchos, cupcake hats, child crown, baby blankets, infinity scarves and 100% cotton dishcloths.
